원자력시설 등의 방호 및 방사능 방재 대책법 시행령 제32조의2(주민보호지원본부의 구성 및 운영)

① 법 제32조제3항 전단에 따른 주민보호지원본부(이하 "주민보호지원본부"라 한다)의 장은 행정안전부 소속 공무원 중에서 행정안전부장관이 지명한다.

② 주민보호지원본부의 장은 법 제30조제1항 후단에 따른 결정사항의 시행에 필요한 지원(이하 "주민보호지원"이라 한다) 업무를 총괄ㆍ조정한다.

③ 주민보호지원본부의 장은 주민보호지원 업무에 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 지정기관의 장과 「재난 및 안전관리 기본법」에 따른 재난관리책임기관의 장에게 그 소속 직원의 파견이나 그 밖에 주민보호지원에 필요한 사항을 요청할 수 있다.

④ 주민보호지원본부의 장은 주민보호지원 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 기능별로 실무반을 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 주민보호지원본부의 구성과 운영에 필요한 세부 사항은 행정안전부장관이 정한다.
