Enforcement Decree of the Act on Physical Protection and Radiological Emergency of Nuclear Facilities, etc., Article 17-3 (Designation of Physical Protection Education Institutions)

① 법 제9조의2제2항에 따른 교육기관(이하 "교육기관"이라 한다)의 지정기준은 다음 각 호와 같다.

1. 교육대상 인원을 수용할 수 있는 적정한 면적의 교육시설을 갖출 것

2. 침입탐지장비, 보안검색장비 등 실습교육에 필요한 물리적방호 관련 장비를 갖출 것

나. 물리적방호 관련 박사학위를 받은 사람

(b)비 A어 person퍼슨 who후 has해즈 obtained어브테인드 a어 doctoral닥터^r럴 degree디그^r리 related^r릴레이티드 to투 physical^f피지클 protection프^r러텍션

다. 물리적방호 관련 업무에 3년 이상 종사한 경력이 있는 사람

(c)시 A어 person퍼슨 with위^ð드 at앳 least리스트 3 years이어즈 of어^v브 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 physical^f피지클 protection-related프^r러텍션-^r릴레이티드 duties두티즈

라. 물리적방호 관련 연구기관 또는 전문기관에서 3년 이상 근무한 경력이 있는 사람

(d)디 A어 person퍼슨 with위^ð드 at앳 least리스트 3 years이어즈 of어^v브 experience익스피^r리언스 working워킹 at앳 a어 research^r리서치 institution인스티투션 or오 specialized스페셜라이즈드 institution인스티투션 related^r릴레이티드 to투 physical^f피지클 protection프^r러텍션

4. 교육대상자별 교육시간ㆍ교육내용을 고려한 교육시행 절차서 또는 규정을 갖출 것

② 교육기관으로 지정받으려는 자는 총리령으로 정하는 교육기관 지정신청서를 작성하여 원자력안전위원회에 제출해야 한다.

③ 원자력안전위원회는 제2항에 따른 신청서를 제출한 자가 법인인 경우 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 신청인의 법인등기사항증명서를 확인해야 한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항에서 규정한 사항 외에 교육기관의 지정 및 운영에 필요한 세부 사항은 원자력안전위원회가 정하여 고시한다.
