원자력 손해배상법 제9조(원자력손해배상 보상계약)

① 제5조제2항에서 "원자력손해배상 보상계약"이란 제3조에 따라 원자력사업자에게 손해배상책임이 생겼을 때에 보험계약에 의하여 보전할 수 없는 원자력손해를 원자력사업자가 배상함으로써 생기는 손실을 정부가 보상할 것을 약정하고, 원자력사업자는 정부에 보상료를 납입할 것을 약정하는 계약을 말한다.
