원격영상재판에 관한 특례법 제6조(변호권 등의 보장)

법원은 소송대리인 또는 변호인이 당사자 또는 피고인과 서로 다른 법정에 출석하여 원격영상재판이 진행되는 경우에는 소송대리인 또는 변호인이 당사자 또는 피고인과 비공개로 대화할 수 있는 장치를 마련하여야 한다.
