울산광역시설치등에관한법률 제5조(사무의 승계)

①이 법 시행당시 제3조의 관할구역에 관한 경상남도 또는 울산시의 사무와 경상남도지사(慶尙南道 敎育監을 포함한다) 또는 울산시장이나 그 소속기관의 장(邑ㆍ面ㆍ洞長을 포함한다. 이하 같다)이 관장하는 사무는 그 소관에 따라 울산광역시ㆍ울산광역시장(蔚山廣域市敎育監을 포함한다) 및 그 소속기관의 장 또는 구ㆍ군, 구청장ㆍ군수 및 그 소속기관의 장이 각각 이를 승계한다.

②제1항의 규정에 의한 승계할 사무중 구분하기 곤란한 것에 대하여는 내무부장관(敎育ㆍ科學 및 體育에 관하여는 敎育部長官을 말한다. 이하 같다)이 승계할 사무의 범위를 정한다.
