울산과학기술원법 제9조의2(교원인사위원회)

① 울산과기원의 교원 임용 등 인사에 관한 중요사항을 심의하기 위하여 교원인사위원회(이하 "교원인사위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. 이 경우 과학영재학교에는 과학영재학교 교원인사위원회(이하 "과학영재학교 교원인사위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2024.10.22>

(1) A어 Faculty^f패컬티 Personnel퍼서넬 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Faculty^f패컬티 Personnel퍼서넬 Committee")커미티 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 to투 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 important임포턴트 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 personnel퍼서넬 such서치 as애즈 faculty^f패컬티 appointments어포인트먼츠 of어^v브 UNIST.유니스트 In인 such서치 cases,케이시즈 a어 Science사이언스 Gifted기^f프티드 School스쿨 Faculty^f패컬티 Personnel퍼서넬 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Science사이언스 Gifted기^f프티드 School스쿨 Faculty^f패컬티 Personnel퍼서넬 Committee")커미티 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 the^ð더 science사이언스 gifted기^f프티드 school.스쿨

② 교원인사위원회의 조직ㆍ기능과 운영에 필요한 사항은 정관으로, 과학영재학교 교원인사위원회의 조직ㆍ기능과 운영에 필요한 사항은 과학영재학교의 학칙으로 정한다. <개정 2024.10.22>
