우편법 제45조의6(영업소의 폐쇄 등)

Postal Services Act, Article 45-6 (Closure of Business Offices)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 서신송달업자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 영업소의 폐쇄를 명하거나 6개월 이내의 기간을 정하여 그 사업의 전부 또는 일부의 정지를 명할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호 또는 제5호에 해당하면 영업소의 폐쇄를 명하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

1. 거짓으로 작성된 사업신고서를 제출한 경우

2. 제2조제3항의 중량 및 요금 기준을 위반하여 서신을 취급한 경우
