Special Act on the Establishment and Operation of the Korea AeroSpace Administration, Article 13 (Korea AeroSpace Administration Ethics Committee)

① 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 우주항공청에 우주항공청윤리위원회(이하 "윤리위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

1. 제14조제1항에 따른 주식 보유의 필요성 및 주식 매각이 어려운 사유에 해당하는지 여부의 결정
