Special Act on the Establishment and Operation of the Korea AeroSpace Administration, Article 11 (Special provisions on dispatch and concurrent positions)

① 우주항공청장은 「국가공무원법」 제3조제4항에도 불구하고 같은 법 제32조의4제1항에 따라 소관 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 우주항공청 소속 임기제공무원을 다른 국가기관, 공공단체, 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 공공기관, 국내외의 교육기관ㆍ연구기관 또는 그 밖의 기관에 일정 기간 파견하여 근무하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 「공무원 인재개발법」에 따른 교육훈련으로서 6개월을 초과하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 우주항공청장은 「국가공무원법」 제64조에도 불구하고 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 충족하는 경우에는 우주항공청 소속 임기제공무원이 영리를 목적으로 하는 다른 직무를 겸하는 것을 대통령령으로 정하는 기간의 범위에서 허가할 수 있다.

1. 임기제공무원이 임용될 당시에 「국가연구개발혁신법」 제2조제2호에 따른 연구개발과제에 참여 중이고 해당 연구개발과제를 계속 수행하기 위하여 필요할 것
