우주손해배상법 제8조(권리행사의 기간)

① 이 법에 따른 손해배상청구권은 피해자 또는 그 법정대리인이 그 손해 및 제4조제1항에 따라 손해배상책임을 지는 자를 안 날부터 1년 이내에 행사하지 아니하면 시효로 인하여 소멸한다.

② 이 법에 따른 손해배상청구권은 우주손해가 발생한 날부터 3년이 경과한 경우에는 행사하지 못한다.
