용산공원 조성 특별법 제56조(벌칙 적용에서의 공무원 의제)

위원회의 위원, 기획단에 파견되어 위원회의 업무를 수행하는 자 및 관리센터의 임원ㆍ직원, 제57조의3제3항 및 제4항에 따라 위탁받은 업무를 수행하는 자 중 공무원이 아닌 자는 위원회의 업무와 관련하여 「형법」 제129조부터 제132조까지의 규정에 따른 벌칙을 적용할 때에는 공무원으로 본다. <개정 2020.6.9, 2021.8.10, 2022.6.10>
