용산공원 조성 특별법 제50조(토지 등의 수용 및 사용)

Special Act on the Creation of Yongsan Park, Article 50 (Expropriation and Use of Land, etc.)

① 공원조성사업시행자는 사업시행을 위하여 용산공원조성지구 중 본체부지를 제외한 인접지역에 있는 다음 각 호의 물건 또는 권리를 수용 또는 사용할 수 있다.

1. 토지ㆍ건축물 또는 그 토지에 정착된 물건

1. Land,랜드 buildings,빌딩즈 or오 objects아브젝츠 attached어태치트 to투 the^ð더 land;랜드

2. 토지ㆍ건축물 또는 그 토지에 정착된 물건에 관한 소유권 외의 권리

② 공원조성사업시행자는 사업시행을 위하여 특히 필요하다고 인정되는 때에는 용산공원조성지구에 인접한 토지ㆍ건축물 또는 그 토지에 정착된 물건이나 그 토지ㆍ건축물 또는 물건에 관한 소유권 외의 권리를 일시 사용할 수 있다.
