옥외광고물 등의 관리와 옥외광고산업 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제34조(옥외광고정책위원회의 구성ㆍ운영)

① 법 제7조의2제2항제1호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 관계 행정기관"이란 재정경제부ㆍ과학기술정보통신부ㆍ행정안전부ㆍ문화체육관광부ㆍ산업통상부ㆍ국토교통부ㆍ기획예산처ㆍ경찰청 및 방송미디어통신위원회를 말한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2016.7.6, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1, 2025.12.30>

② 정책위원회의 위원장(이하 이 조에서 "위원장"이라 한다)은 정책위원회의 업무를 총괄하며, 회의의 의장이 된다. <개정 2018.5.28>

③ 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 지명하는 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

④ 정책위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 열고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

⑤ 정책위원회의 업무를 효율적으로 처리하기 위하여 정책위원회에 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 행정안전부의 옥외광고 업무 담당 과장이 된다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2013.6.21, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

⑥ 정책위원회는 필요하다고 인정하면 관련 기관 또는 단체에 옥외광고와 관련된 자료ㆍ서류 등의 제출을 요청하거나 관계 공무원, 이해관계인, 참고인 등을 출석시켜 의견을 들을 수 있다.

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 정책위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 정책위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
