Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Management of Outdoor Advertisements and Promotion of the Outdoor Advertisement Industry, Article 34-2 (Dismissal and Removal of Members of the Outdoor Advertisement Policy Committee)

행정안전부장관은 법 제7조의2제2항 각 호에 따른 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해임 또는 해촉(解囑)할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26>
