Act on the Control of Specified Substances for the Protection of the Ozone Layer, etc., Article 24-4 (Standards for Calculating Charges)

① 부담금은 산업통상부장관이 정하여 고시하는 특정물질의 종류별 킬로그램당 부담금에 해당 특정물질을 제조ㆍ판매하거나 수입하는 수량을 곱한 금액으로 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
