Artists Welfare Act, Article 9 (Articles of Incorporation)

① 재단의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재하여야 한다. <개정 2023.8.8>

② 재단이 정관을 작성하거나 변경할 때에는 문화체육관광부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다.
