예술인 복지법 제12조(임원)

① 재단에 임원으로서 이사장 및 상임이사 각 1명을 포함한 15명 이내의 이사와 감사 1명을 둔다. <개정 2013.12.30>

② 이사장은 문화체육관광부장관이 임면하고, 상임이사는 이사장이 이사회의 추천을 받은 사람 중에서 문화체육관광부장관의 승인을 받아 임면하며, 이사장 및 상임이사를 제외한 이사 및 감사의 선임에 대하여는 재단의 정관으로 정한다. <개정 2013.12.30>

③ 이사장ㆍ이사 및 감사의 임기는 3년으로 하되, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다. <개정 2023.8.8>

④ 상임이사는 재단을 대표하고, 재단의 업무를 총괄한다. <개정 2013.12.30>

(4) The^ð디 executive이그제큐티^v브 director더^r렉터 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Foundation^f파운데이션 and앤드 supervise수퍼^v바이즈 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

⑤ 감사는 재단의 업무 및 회계를 감사한다.

(5) The^ð디 auditor오디터 shall섈 audit오딧 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 and앤드 accounts어카운츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 Foundation.^f파운데이션
