Enforcement Decree of the Depositor Protection Act, Article 22 (Registration of Establishment of Bridge Financial Companies)

①정리금융회사의 설립등기는 금융위원회의 설립승인을 받은 날부터 2주 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2016.3.11>
