예금자보호법 시행령 제10조(예금보험위원회의 운영)

①위원회의 회의는 정관이 정하는 바에 따라 위원장이 이를 소집한다. <개정 2001.3.17, 2002.12.30, 2021.6.15>

②공사의 부사장ㆍ이사와 감사는 위원회의 회의에 출석하여 의견을 진술할 수 있다. <개정 2001.3.17, 2002.12.30>

(2) The^ð더 Vice^v바이스 President,프^r레저덴트 directors,더^r렉터즈 and앤드 auditor오디터 of어^v브 the^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 may메이 attend어텐드 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 state스테잇 their^ð데어 opinions.어피니언즈

③위원회의 회의에 출석한 위원에 대하여는 공사의 예산의 범위안에서 수당을 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원이 그 소관업무와 직접 관련하여 위원회에 출석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2001.3.17>

④이 영에 규정하는 사항외에 위원회의 운영에 관하여 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다. <개정 2001.3.17>
