Promotion of Motion Pictures and Video Products Act, Article 67 (Administrative Dispositions, etc.)

①시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 비디오물제작업 또는 비디오물배급업의 신고를 한 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때에는 6개월 이내의 기간을 정하여 영업정지를 명하거나 영업폐쇄를 명할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호 또는 제4호에 해당하는 때에는 영업폐쇄를 명하여야 한다. <개정 2009.5.8, 2023.8.8>

②시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 비디오물시청제공업을 영위하는 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때에는 6개월 이내의 기간을 정하여 영업정지를 명하거나 등록을 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호 또는 제7호에 해당하는 때에는 등록을 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2009.5.8, 2023.8.8, 2024.10.22>

③ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 비디오물시청제공업을 영위하는 자가 제2항제2호 및 제5호 중 제53조제2항, 제62조제1항제2호 또는 같은 항 제4호를 위반한 경우로서 신분증의 위조ㆍ변조 또는 도용으로 청소년의 연령을 알지 못하였거나 폭행 또는 협박으로 청소년의 연령을 확인하지 못한 사정이 인정되는 때에는 문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 행정처분을 면제할 수 있다. <신설 2024.10.22>
