영화 및 비디오물의 진흥에 관한 법률 제35조(영화필름등의 제출)

①영화제작업자는 제29조제1항의 규정에 따라 상영등급을 분류 받은 때에는 해당 영화의 원판필름ㆍ디스크 등 또는 그 복사본과 대본(臺本)(이하 "영화필름등"이라 한다)을 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 한국영상자료원에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2018.10.16, 2023.8.8>

②외국영화 또는 제29조제1항 각 호에 해당하는 영화를 수입 또는 제작한 자가 해당 영화가 보존되기를 원하는 경우에는 해당 영화필름등을 한국영상자료원에 제출할 수 있다. <개정 2018.10.16>

③한국영상자료원은 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 영화필름등을 제출한 자에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 정당한 보상을 하여야 한다. 이 경우 영화필름등에 대한 보상에 필요한 재원은 국고에서 부담한다. <개정 2023.8.8>
