영화 및 비디오물의 진흥에 관한 법률 제3조의5(표준계약서의 사용 및 확산)

① 문화체육관광부장관은 영화업자 또는 영화업자단체에 표준계약서의 작성 및 사용을 권장할 수 있다.

② 문화체육관광부장관과 영화진흥위원회는 제1항에 따른 표준계약서를 사용하는 영화업자 또는 영화업자단체에 대하여 제23조에 따른 영화발전기금 지원 등 영화ㆍ비디오물산업에 관한 재정지원(「문화산업진흥 기본법」 제8조 및 제9조에 따라 같은 법상의 지원을 받은 투자조합의 문화산업에 관한 투자를 포함한다)을 하는 경우 우대할 수 있다. <개정 2023.8.8>
