영화진흥위원회는 제5조제1항 각 호의 등기사항이 변경된 경우(제6조에 따른 이전등기에 해당하는 경우는 제외한다)에는 변경 후 3주일 이내에 변경사항을 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여 변경사항을 등기해야 한다.
