영화 및 비디오물의 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조(공동제작영화의 한국영화 인정 신청 등)

①법 제27조에 따라 공동제작영화를 한국영화로 인정받으려는 자는 그 신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)에 문화체육관광부령이 정하는 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 영화진흥위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29>

②영화진흥위원회는 제1항에 따른 한국영화인정신청을 받았을 때에는 15일 이내에 한국영화인정 여부를 심의하여 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사유가 있을 때에는 심의기간을 연장할 수 있으며, 이 경우 그 사유와 처리기간을 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다.

③영화진흥위원회는 공동제작영화 중 다음 각 호에 정하는 사항이 일정 기준 이상에 해당하는 영화를 한국영화로 인정할 수 있다.

④제3항에 따른 한국영화인정에 관한 세부기준과 그 밖에 공동제작영화의 한국영화인정절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 영화진흥위원회규정으로 정한다.
