영해 및 접속수역법 제4조(인접국 또는 대향국과의 경계선)

대한민국과 인접하거나 마주 보고 있는 국가와의 영해 및 접속수역의 경계선은 관계국과 별도의 합의가 없으면 두 나라가 각자 영해의 폭을 측정하는 기선상의 가장 가까운 지점으로부터 같은 거리에 있는 모든 점을 연결하는 중간선으로 한다.
