Act on the Promotion of Education for the Gifted, Article 15 (Research institutes for education for the gifted)

① 국가는 영재교육 관련 연구ㆍ개발 및 지원 업무를 수행하기 위하여 영재교육연구원을 설치하거나 영재교육연구원으로 지정할 수 있다.

(1) To투 perform퍼^f폼 research,^r리서치 development디^v벨럽먼트 and앤드 support서포트 tasks태스크스 related^r릴레이티드 to투 education에저케이션 for^f포 the^ð더 gifted,기^f프티드 the^ð더 State스테잇 may메이 establish이스태블리시 a어 research^r리서치 institute인스터툿 for^f포 education에저케이션 for^f포 the^ð더 gifted기^f프티드 or오 designate데저그네잇 an앤 institution인스티투션 as애즈 one.원

② 영재교육연구원은 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다.

9. 특례자에게 적합한 교육을 실시하기 위한 전문가 및 관계 기관과의 연계 등 진로지도

③ 국가는 제1항에 따른 영재교육연구원을 영재교육 담당 교원을 위한 연수기관으로 지정할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 State스테잇 may메이 designate데저그네잇 a어 research^r리서치 institute인스터툿 for^f포 education에저케이션 for^f포 the^ð더 gifted기^f프티드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) as애즈 a어 training트^r레이닝 institution인스티투션 for^f포 teachers티처즈 in인 charge차지 of어^v브 education에저케이션 for^f포 the^ð더 gifted.기^f프티드

④ 국가는 예산의 범위에서 영재교육연구원의 사업과 운영에 필요한 경비의 전부 또는 일부를 출연할 수 있다. <신설 2017.12.19>

⑤ 영재교육연구원의 조직ㆍ운영, 제2항제7호에 따른 종합 데이터베이스의 구축ㆍ관리, 제3항에 따른 연수기관 지정요건 등 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2017.12.19>
