연안사고 예방에 관한 법률 제14조(연안체험활동의 제한 등)

① 관할 해양경찰서장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우로서 연안체험활동이 곤란하거나 연안체험활동 참가자의 안전에 위해를 끼칠 우려가 있다고 인정하는 때에는 연안체험활동의 전부 또는 일부를 금지하거나 제한할 수 있다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.4.18, 2017.7.26>

② 관할 해양경찰서장은 연안체험활동의 금지 또는 제한의 원인이 되는 사유가 소멸되거나 완화된 경우 연안체험활동의 금지 또는 제한의 전부 또는 일부를 해제할 수 있다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.4.18, 2017.7.26>

③ 관할 해양경찰서장은 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 연안체험활동의 금지ㆍ제한 또는 금지ㆍ제한을 해제한 경우 지체 없이 특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 알리고, 정보통신매체 등을 통하여 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.4.18, 2017.7.26>
