Enforcement Decree of the Act on Prevention of Coastal Accidents, Article 3-2 (Dismissal of Members of the Central Council)

해양경찰청장은 제3조제3항제1호에 따른 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해촉(解囑)할 수 있다. <개정 2017.4.18, 2017.7.26, 2021.10.14, 2022.10.4>
