연안관리법 제28조(비용의 부담 등)

① 연안정비사업의 시행에 드는 경비는 연안정비사업시행자가 부담한다.

② 정부는 예산의 범위에서 제1항에 따라 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 부담하는 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 보조하거나 융자할 수 있다.

③ 해양수산부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 연안정비사업이 아닌 공사 또는 행위로 인하여 필요하게 된 연안정비사업을 그 공사의 시행자 또는 행위자로 하여금 시행하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 소요되는 경비는 그 공사의 시행자 또는 행위자의 부담으로 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2013.8.13>
