연안관리법 제20조의6(중지명령 및 원상회복 명령 등)

해양수산부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 관리구역에서 제20조의5제1항 및 제2항에 위반되는 행위를 한 자에 대하여 그 행위의 중지를 명하거나 상당한 기간을 정하여 원상회복을 명할 수 있으며 원상회복이 곤란한 경우에는 이에 상응한 조치를 할 것을 명할 수 있다.
