연근해어업의 구조개선 및 지원에 관한 법률 제13조(어업자에 대한 지원)

① 해양수산부장관이나 시ㆍ도지사는 제11조에 따라 어선ㆍ어구 감척 대상자로 선정된 어업자가 연근해어업을 폐업하려는 경우 다음 각 호의 지원을 할 수 있다. 이 경우 제11조제2항에 따라 어선ㆍ어구 감척 대상자로 선정된 어업자에 대하여 지원을 하려는 때에는 미리 해당 수산조정위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.12.2, 2018.3.13>

② 해양수산부장관이나 시ㆍ도지사는 제1항에 따라 연근해어업을 폐업하려는 어업자가 같은 항 제2호에 따라 지급받는 폐업지원금이 해양수산부령으로 정하는 바에 따른 연근해어업의 종류별ㆍ규모별 폐업지원금 기준액 미만인 경우 그 차액을 지원할 수 있다. <신설 2026.3.10>

⑤ 해양수산부장관이나 시ㆍ도지사는 제1항에 따라 연근해어업을 폐업한 어업자가 업종을 바꾸거나 다른 산업으로 취업하려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2026.3.10>
