Act on Structural Improvement and Support of Coastal and Offshore Fisheries, Article 12 (Measures for Promoting Reduction of Fishing Vessels and Gear)

① 제11조에 따라 어선ㆍ어구 감척 대상자로 선정된 어업자가 정당한 사유 없이 어선ㆍ어구감척사업 절차에 따르지 아니하는 경우 해양수산부장관은 그 어업자에 대하여 다음 각 호의 조치를 할 수 있고, 시ㆍ도지사는 해양수산부장관에게 다음 각 호의 조치를 하도록 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2018.3.13, 2022.1.11>
