① 경력경쟁채용시험등으로 연구직 및 지도직공무원을 임용할 때에는 다음 각 호의 경우를 제외하고는 그 시험을 실시할 때의 임용예정 직위 외의 직위에 임용할 수 없다. <개정 2022.12.27>
