Regulations on the Appointment, etc. of Research and Instruction Public Officials, Article 7-2 (Eligibility to Take Career-Competitive Recruitment Examinations, etc.)

① 법 제28조제2항제2호 및 이 영 제7조에 따라 연구직이나 지도직공무원의 경력경쟁채용시험등에 응시할 수 있는 사람은 별표 2의5에 규정된 임용예정 직급별 자격증을 가져야 한다. 다만, 소속 장관이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자격증을 가진 사람을 응시하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2011.11.1>

② 소속 장관은 제1항에도 불구하고 임용예정 직무의 특수성이나 그 밖의 특별한 사정으로 제1항에 따른 기준을 적용하는 것이 곤란한 경우에는 별표 2의5에 규정된 경력기준을 단축할 수 있으며, 임용예정 직무와 관련되는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자격증을 가진 사람을 응시하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2026.6.30>

③ 법 제28조제2항제3호 및 이 영 제7조에 따라 연구직 및 지도직공무원의 경력경쟁채용시험등에 응시할 수 있는 사람은 「공무원임용시험령」(이하 "시험령"이라 한다) 제27조제3항에 따라 임용예정 직렬 또는 직위의 업무 내용과 같거나 유사한 분야에서 시험령 별표 9의 구분에 따라 임용예정 계급 상당 경력이 3년(소속 장관은 인사혁신처장이 정하는 근무경력 또는 연구경력의 경우에는 1년의 범위에서 그 기간을 단축할 수 있다) 이상이어야 하며, 시험령 별표 9에 규정되지 아니한 직무분야 근무경력자의 임용예정 직급은 개별적으로 소속 장관이 인사혁신처장과 협의하여 정한다. 이 경우 고위공무원단에 속하는 연구관이나 지도관의 임용예정 직위 상당 경력은 시험령 별표 9의 임용예정 계급의 3급 경력기준을 준용하고, 같은 표의 임용예정 계급의 "3급ㆍ4급ㆍ5급"은 "연구관ㆍ지도관"으로, "6급ㆍ7급"은 "연구사ㆍ지도사"로 본다. <개정 2011.11.1, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2026.6.30>

④ 법 제28조제2항제10호 및 이 영 제7조에 따라 연구직 및 지도직공무원의 경력경쟁채용시험등에 응시할 수 있는 사람은 별표 2의3 및 별표 2의4의 요건을 갖추어야 한다. 이 경우 제7조에 따라 임용령 제16조제1항제10호의 요건을 연구직 및 지도직공무원에게 적용할 때에는 같은 호 중 "별표 4"는 "연구직 및 지도직 규정 별표 2의6"으로 본다. <개정 2011.5.23, 2011.11.1>

⑤ 시험 실시기관의 장은 제4항에 따라 결원을 보충할 수 없거나 적격자를 선발하기가 어렵다고 인정되면 별표 2의3 및 별표 2의4에 규정된 전공 외의 다른 전공자를 응시하게 할 수 있다.
