연구개발특구의 육성에 관한 특별법 제67조(지도와 감독)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 진흥재단을 지도하고 감독하며, 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 그 업무ㆍ회계 및 재산에 관한 사항을 보고하게 하거나 소속 공무원으로 하여금 장부ㆍ서류 및 시설과 그 밖의 물건을 검사하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

② 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제1항에 따른 보고 또는 검사의 결과 법령을 위반하거나 부당한 사실이 있을 때에는 진흥재단에 대하여 그 시정을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

③ 제1항에 따라 검사를 하는 공무원은 그 권한을 나타내는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 보여주어야 한다.
