연구개발특구의 육성에 관한 특별법 시행령 제9조(연구개발특구위원회의 운영)

① 연구개발특구위원회 위원장은 위원회를 대표하고 위원회의 업무를 총괄한다. <개정 2021.3.16>

② 연구개발특구위원회 부위원장은 위원장을 보좌하고 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장의 직무를 대행한다. <개정 2021.3.16>

③ 연구개발특구위원회 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다. <개정 2021.3.16>

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Special스페실 Research^r리서치 and앤드 Development디^v벨럽먼트 Zone존 Committee커미티 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

④ 연구개발특구위원회 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하려면 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 목적 등을 회의 개최 7일 전까지 각 위원에게 서면으로 통지해야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 사유가 있는 경우에는 회의 개최일 전날까지 통지할 수 있다. <개정 2021.3.16>

⑤ 연구개발특구위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. <개정 2021.3.16>

⑥ 연구개발특구위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 위원회에 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 과학기술정보통신부 소속 고위공무원단에 속하는 공무원 또는 3급 공무원 중에서 과학기술정보통신부장관이 지명한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2021.3.16>
