연구개발특구의 육성에 관한 특별법 시행령 제34조(부지의 양도 등)

① 법 제38조제1항에 따라 교육ㆍ연구 및 사업화 시설구역의 부지ㆍ시설 또는 건축물(이하 "건축물등"이라 한다)을 양도하려는 자는 건축물등 양도신고서에 과학기술정보통신부령으로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 관리기관에 제출해야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2021.6.22>

② 법 제38조제3항제1호다목에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 비용"이란 다음 각 호에 해당하는 모든 비용을 말한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
