Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Promotion of Special Research and Development Zones, Article 22 (Project Implementers)

① 법 제26조제1항제4호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 요건에 해당하는 자"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자를 말한다.

1. 특구개발사업에 적합한 시설을 설치하여 입주하려는 자로서 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자

1. A어 person퍼슨 who후 intends인텐즈 to투 install인스톨 and앤드 move무^v브 into인투 facilities^f퍼실러티즈 suitable수터블 for^f포 a어 special스페실 zone존 development디^v벨럽먼트 project,프^r라젝트 falling^f팔링 under언더 either이^ð더 of어^v브 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

가. 산업 및 연구 시설용지 등을 직접 개발하려는 자

(a)어 A어 person퍼슨 who후 intends인텐즈 to투 directly더^r렉틀리 develop디^v벨럽 industrial인더스트^r리얼 and앤드 research^r리서치 facility^f퍼실리티 sites,사잇츠 etc.;엣세터^r러

나. 산업 및 연구 시설용지를 개발하여 일부는 특구개발사업에 적합한 시설에 직접 사용하고, 그 나머지는 입주를 희망하는 자에게 공급하려는 자

(b)비 A어 person퍼슨 who후 intends인텐즈 to투 develop디^v벨럽 industrial인더스트^r리얼 and앤드 research^r리서치 facility^f퍼실리티 sites사잇츠 and앤드 directly더^r렉틀리 use유스 part파트 of어^v브 them^ð뎀 for^f포 facilities^f퍼실러티즈 suitable수터블 for^f포 the^ð더 special스페실 zone존 development디^v벨럽먼트 project프^r라젝트 and앤드 supply서플라이 the^ð더 rest^r레스트 to투 persons퍼슨즈 wishing위슁 to투 move무^v브 in;인

2. 「건설산업기본법」에 따라 종합공사를 시공하는 업종(토목공사업 및 토목건축공사업만 해당한다)의 등록을 한 자로서 공시된 해당 연도의 시공능력 평가액이 특구개발사업의 연평균 사업비(보상비는 제외한다) 이상인 자

② 법 제26조제1항제5호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 요건에 해당하는 법인"이란 법 제26조제1항제1호부터 제3호까지에 해당하는 자의 출자비율이 30퍼센트 이상인 법인을 말한다.
