여신전문금융업법 시행령 제10조(각종 자금의 이용)

① 법 제29조에 따라 자금을 융자(融資)받으려는 시설대여업자는 시설대여등의 계약을 체결한 자(이하 "대여시설이용자"라 한다)가 그 자금의 융자대상자임을 증명하는 서류와 시설대여등의 계약서를 융자취급기관에 제출하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 경우 시설대여업자는 융자취급기관과 협의하여 융자금액 및 사용조건등을 포괄적으로 정하는 방식으로 융자를 받을 수 있다.
