여수ㆍ순천 10ㆍ19사건 진상규명 및 희생자 명예회복에 관한 특별법 시행령 제8조(진상규명을 위한 신고 방법ㆍ절차ㆍ기간)

① 법 제5조제1항에 따라 진상규명을 위한 신고를 하려는 사람(이하 이 조 및 제9조에서 "신고인"이라 한다)은 별지 제1호서식의 진상규명신고서를 작성하여 법 제4조제1항에 따른 여수ㆍ순천 10ㆍ19사건진상규명및희생자명예회복실무위원회(이하 "실무위원회"라 한다)나 법 제6조에 따라 설치된 신고처(이하 "신고처"라 한다)에 제출해야 한다.

② 제1항에도 불구하고 신고인이 같은 항에 따른 신고를 구술(口述)로 하는 경우 신고를 접수하는 사람은 그 내용을 조서로 작성해야 한다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 신고를 접수한 신고처의 장은 해당 신고서나 조서를 지체 없이 실무위원회에 송부해야 한다.

(3) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 reporting^r리포팅 office오^f피스 that^ð댓 has해즈 received^r러시^v브드 a어 report^r리포트 under언더 paragraphs패^r러그^r래^f프스 (1) and앤드 (2) shall섈 send센드 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 report^r리포트 or오 record^r러코드 to투 the^ð더 Working워킹 Committee커미티 without위^ð다웃 delay.딜레이

④ 실무위원회는 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 신고서나 조서에 보완할 사항이 있는 경우 신고인에게 보완을 요구할 수 있다.

⑤ 신고인은 법 제7조제1항에 따른 진상규명조사 개시 결정 전까지 진상규명을 위한 신고를 취하할 수 있다. 이 경우 신고의 취하는 실무위원회에 해야 한다.

⑥ 신고인이 제5항에 따른 신고 취하를 구술로 하려는 경우 신고 취하를 접수하는 사람은 그 내용을 조서로 작성해야 한다.

⑦ 실무위원회는 진상규명 신고의 편의를 위하여 신문, 방송, 정보통신망 또는 그 밖의 방법으로 신고의 절차나 방법 등을 홍보할 수 있다.

(7) For^f포 the^ð더 convenience컨^v비니언스 of어^v브 reporting^r리포팅 for^f포 truth-finding,트^r루^θ스-^f파인딩 the^ð더 Working워킹 Committee커미티 may메이 publicize퍼블리사이즈 reporting^r리포팅 procedures프^r러시저즈 and앤드 methods,메^θ써즈 etc.엣세터^r러 through^θ쓰^r루 newspapers,누즈페이퍼즈 broadcasting,브^r로드캐스팅 information인^f퍼메이션 and앤드 communications커뮤너케이션즈 networks,네트워크스 or오 other어^ð더 means.민즈

⑧ 제1항에 따른 신고는 2025년 3월 18일부터 2025년 8월 31일까지 해야 한다. <신설 2025.3.18>

(8) The^ð더 report^r리포트 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 be비 filed^f파일드 from^f프^r럼 March마치 18, 2025 to투 August아거스트 31, 2025.
