Act on Support for Women-Owned Businesses, Article 5 (Master Plan for Promoting the Activities of Women-Owned Businesses)

① 중소벤처기업부장관은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 여성기업의 활동을 촉진하기 위한 기본계획(이하 "기본계획"이라 한다)을 5년마다 수립하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2020.2.11>

③ 중소벤처기업부장관은 기본계획에 따라 연도별 여성기업활동 촉진에 관한 시행계획(이하 "시행계획"이라 한다)을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다. <신설 2020.2.11>

(3) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 SMEs스메즈 and앤드 Startups스타텁스 shall섈 formulate^f포뮬레잇 and앤드 implement임플러먼트 an앤 annual애뉴얼 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan플랜 for^f포 promoting프^r러모우팅 the^ð디 activities액티^v버티즈 of어^v브 women-owned위먼-온드 businesses비즈너시즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "implementation임플러멘테이션 plan")플랜 in인 accordance어코든스 with위^ð드 the^ð더 master매스터 plan.플랜

④ 중소벤처기업부장관은 기본계획 및 시행계획을 수립하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 관계 행정기관 및 여성기업 지원과 관련된 기관 또는 단체에 대하여 필요한 자료나 의견 등의 제출을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 관계 행정기관 및 여성기업 지원과 관련된 기관 또는 단체는 특별한 사정이 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2020.2.11>
