여객자동차 운수사업법 제5조의3(여객자동차운송사업 수급계획의 수립 등)

① 국토교통부장관은 제4조제1항 단서에도 불구하고 대통령령으로 정하는 여객자동차운송사업의 수급조절을 위하여 필요한 경우 제2항에 따른 여객자동차운송사업 수급조절위원회의 심의를 거쳐 여객자동차운송사업 수급계획을 수립할 수 있다.

② 국토교통부장관은 제1항에 따른 수급계획을 심의하기 위하여 여객자동차운송사업 수급조절위원회(이하 이 조에서 "수급조절위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. 이 경우 수급조절위원회의 구성 및 운영, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

③ 국토교통부장관은 제1항에 따른 수급계획에 따라 대통령령으로 정하는 여객자동차운송사업의 등록을 3년의 범위에서 일정 기간 제한할 수 있다. 다만, 필요한 경우 동일한 절차를 거쳐 2년 단위로 제한을 연장할 수 있다.

④ 국토교통부장관은 제3항에 따라 대통령령으로 정하는 여객자동차운송사업의 등록을 제한하려는 경우 이를 관보에 고시하고 시ㆍ도지사에게 통보하여야 한다. 등록 제한을 해제하려는 경우에도 또한 같다.

⑤ 여객자동차운송사업 수급계획 및 수급조절 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
