Enforcement Rule of the Passenger Transport Service Act, Article 60 (Applications, etc. for Registration of Motor Vehicle Rental Business)

① 법 제28조에 따라 자동차대여사업의 등록을 하려는 자는 신청인(법인인 경우에는 대표자를 말한다)의 성명 및 생년월일을 적은 별지 제33호서식의 자동차대여사업 등록신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 관할관청에 제출해야 한다. <개정 2016.7.29, 2021.9.24, 2026.3.24>
