엔지니어링산업 진흥법 제29조(낙찰자 결정방법 등)

① 발주청이 엔지니어링사업을 수행할 자를 선정하는 경우 「국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률」 제10조제2항제3호 또는 「지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률」 제13조제2항제4호에 따른 입찰자를 낙찰자로 하는 계약방식을 우선적으로 적용하여 계약을 체결하여야 한다. 다만, 계약을 체결하려는 엔지니어링사업의 특성상 필요하다고 판단되는 경우로서 대통령령으로 정하는 경우에는 다른 방법으로 계약을 체결할 수 있다.
