에너지이용 합리화법 제45조(한국에너지공단의 설립 등)

① 에너지이용 합리화사업을 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 한국에너지공단(이하 "공단"이라 한다)을 설립한다. <개정 2015.1.28>

(1) The^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Energy에너지 Agency에이전시 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Agency")에이전시 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 to투 efficiently이^f피션틀리 promote프^r러모우트 projects프^r라젝츠 for^f포 the^ð더 rational^r래셔늘 use유스 of어^v브 energy.에너지

② 정부 또는 정부 외의 자는 공단의 설립ㆍ운영과 사업에 드는 자금에 충당하기 위하여 출연을 할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 or오 a어 person퍼슨 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 the^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 may메이 make메이크 contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 to투 cover커^v버 the^ð더 funds^f펀즈 required^r리콰이어드 for^f포 the^ð디 establishment,이스태블리시먼트 operation,아퍼^r레이션 and앤드 projects프^r라젝츠 of어^v브 the^ð디 Agency.에이전시

③ 제2항에 따른 출연시기, 출연방법, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
