에너지이용 합리화법 제36조의3(건물의 냉난방온도 유지ㆍ관리를 위한 조치)

기후에너지환경부장관은 냉난방온도제한건물의 관리기관 또는 에너지다소비사업자가 제36조의2제3항에 따라 해당 건물의 냉난방온도를 제한온도에 적합하게 유지ㆍ관리하지 아니한 경우에는 냉난방온도의 조절 등 냉난방온도의 적합한 유지ㆍ관리에 필요한 조치를 하도록 권고하거나 시정조치를 명할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
