에너지이용 합리화법 제37조(특정열사용기자재)

열사용기자재 중 제조, 설치ㆍ시공 및 사용에서의 안전관리, 위해방지 또는 에너지이용의 효율관리가 특히 필요하다고 인정되는 것으로서 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 열사용기자재(이하 "특정열사용기자재"라 한다)의 설치ㆍ시공이나 세관(洗罐 : 물이 흐르는 관 속에 낀 물때나 녹따위를 벗겨 냄)을 업(이하 "시공업"이라 한다)으로 하는 자는 「건설산업기본법」 제9조제1항에 따라 시ㆍ도지사에게 등록하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
