어촌ㆍ어항법 제28조(재산의 등기)

지정권자는 어항개발사업의 시행으로 조성되거나 설치된 토지 및 시설 중 제23조제4항 단서에 따른 어항시설을 제외한 토지 및 시설은 준공일부터 2년 이내에 등기하여야 한다.
