어촌ㆍ어항법 시행규칙 제6조(어촌종합개발시설의 기부신청서 등)

①영 제15조제1항의 규정에 따른 어촌종합개발시설의 기부신청서는 별지 제5호서식과 같다.

⑥해양수산부장관 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)은 법 제12조제1항의 규정에 따라 어촌종합개발사업지역안의 토지소유자 또는 어촌종합개발사업시행자가 새로이 조성하여 기부한 시설 또는 토지를 기부받기로 결정한 때에는 별지 제9호서식의 국ㆍ공유지 인수증서에 무상편입도 또는 그 확정도를 첨부하여 기부자에게 교부하고, 그 사실을 해당 지방자치단체 및 관할 등기소에 각각 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2007.8.16, 2008.3.3, 2013.3.24>
