Fishing Ground Management Act, Article 4 (Implementation Plan for Fishing Ground Management)

① 시장(특별자치도의 경우에는 특별자치도지사를 말한다. 이하 같다)ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제3조에 따른 기본계획과 그 세부 시행지침에 따라 5년마다 그 관할 어장에 대하여 어장관리 시행계획(이하 "시행계획"이라 한다)을 수립하여야 한다. <개정 2013.8.13>

② 시행계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

③ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 시행계획을 수립하려면 미리 시ㆍ도지사와 협의를 거친 후 「수산업법」 제95조에 따른 시ㆍ군ㆍ구수산조정위원회(특별자치도의 경우에는 시ㆍ도수산조정위원회를 말하며, 이하 "시ㆍ군ㆍ구수산조정위원회"라 한다)의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. 수립된 시행계획을 변경하려는 때에도 같은 절차를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2009.4.22, 2013.8.13, 2022.1.11>
